ABOUT ME

I'm a passionate Logical Problem Solver, Data Analyst, Big Data Engineer, Business Intelligence Developer and Business Analyst enthusiast who loves to leverage technology and analytical skills to assist businesses by developing innovative solutions.

To gain an in-depth understanding of Data Analytics domain, I am currently pursuing my Masters in Information Systems ( Class of 2021 ) from Northeastern University at Boston, USA.

Based on my interest in Data and cloud technology, this spring I am interning at Boston Private Bank as Data Analyst and reporting intern (Jan - June) where I am collaboratively working with business analyst to deliver high quality service and gaining in-depth understanding of data storage, reporting and analytic solutions.

I have two years of professional work experience in Quinnox in fintech domain where I gained Data Analytics & Database development experience in a corporate environment. I worked on projects based on the SDLC model(Agile-Scrum), monitored and troubleshooted data issues in data pipeline, developed and optimized SQL queries and performed data visualization.

I pursued my computer engineering degree from Mumbai University in India where I developed my interest in information technology and analytics domain.

I am passionate about dancing, traveling and exploring new places.

I volunteered for Environmental Protection cause 'GIS Mapping of Mithi River' organized by 'Greenline' NGO wherein I recorded encroachments, sewage outlets and percolation points using a geographic information system (GIS). News Article Link

Web Development Tools and methods helped develop following projects using various web technologies:-

Coupon Factory • Developed Single Page application to provide coupons to user based on various categories with React-based front end • The backend code was based on NodeJS libraries like express, cookie-parser and uuid

Recipe Portal • Developed single page Recipe storage with the RESTful services and built front end in HTML and CSS • Developed Node.js server & managed the project on GitHub • Bundled the front-end JavaScript using ‘webpack’ & ‘babel-loader’, used Redux JS library

Chat Application • Created multi-users react chat application with RESTful services to send and receive JSON-formatted data • Designed application UI like Login Page, input to type message, display chats and online users using HTML and CSS • Developed backend using NodeJS and JavaScript and front end using React JavaScript library
